ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply browse through our product pages, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to enter your shipping details and payment information. 2. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your payment will be processed securely, and we’ll confirm your order once payment has been received.

3. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks for production, depending on the complexity and size of your order. Please reach out to us if you have a specific deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing it right away. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they’ve been confirmed. If you have questions or need assistance before finalizing your order, don’t hesitate to contact us.

5. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy allows for returns within 21 days of receiving your item(s), provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to our full Return Policy page.

7. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount within Canada. For orders below the qualifying amount, standard shipping rates will apply. Please check our Shipping page for more details on rates and free shipping eligibility.

8. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production or are in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled. For any other inquiries, please get in touch with us.

9. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we offer shipping within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. If you’re located outside of Canada, please contact us for more information about shipping to your country.

DESIGNS & CUSTOMIZATION

1. HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY TEAM’S UNIFORMS?
Customizing your team’s uniforms is easy! Simply select your product from our range, and you’ll be able to choose from a variety of design options. You can add your team logo, player names, numbers, and select your preferred colours. Our design team will assist you throughout the process to ensure your uniforms are exactly what you envision.

2. CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP OF MY DESIGN BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Absolutely! We offer digital mock-ups of your design before final approval. Once you’ve submitted your customization details, our team will create a proof and send it to you for approval. This ensures that your uniforms look exactly how you want them before we begin production.

3. CAN I CUSTOMIZE OTHER ITEMS BESIDES UNIFORMS?
Yes! At ARETE Threads, we offer customization for a wide range of athletic wear, including warm-up jackets, hats, bags, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, let us know, and we’ll provide you with all the customization options available.

4. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A DESIGN YET? CAN YOU HELP ME?
We understand that creating the perfect design can be a challenge, and we’re here to help! Our design team can work with you to create a custom look that represents your team’s identity. Feel free to reach out to us with any ideas or concepts, and we’ll assist in bringing your vision to life.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN AFTER I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed and in production, we are unable to make changes to the design. If you need to make adjustments before placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to ensure everything is perfect.

 


SIZING

1. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY TEAM?
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page to help you select the right size. We recommend measuring your athletes and comparing the measurements to the chart to ensure the best fit. If you’re unsure, our customer service team is available to assist you with size recommendations.

2. CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE COMMITTING TO A FULL ORDER?
Yes! If you’d like to ensure the fit and quality of our products before ordering in bulk, we offer sample sizes for many of our items. Please contact us to inquire about sample availability and pricing.

3. WHAT IF SOMEONE IS BETWEEN SIZES?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort. Keep in mind that most of our products are designed with an athletic fit, so they will contour to the body. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for personalized sizing guidance.

4. CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THE SIZE IS WRONG?
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. For non-custom items, we offer exchanges within 21 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. For custom items, exchanges are not possible, so we recommend double-checking the sizing before placing your order.

5. HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF FOR A PERFECT FIT?
For accurate sizing, use a soft measuring tape to take measurements of your chest, waist, and hips (depending on the product) and compare them to the size chart on the product page. If you need any assistance with measuring, please reach out to us for guidance.
