Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once 21 days have passed. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. In the event of damaged goods within the 21-day period, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All sales are final for custom orders. No changes, exchanges, or refunds are available once an order is submitted. Upon delivery, you have one (1) week to review the order, after which it will be considered confirmed.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please email chaz.louisy@aretethreads.ca. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. The time for exchanged items to reach you may vary based on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
