CUSTOM ORDERS: Shipping rates and delivery times for custom orders may differ from those of non-custom orders. Please contact us for more details on custom order shipping.
For non-custom orders, once payment is confirmed, your item(s) will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Please note that the shipping time does not include the standard processing time of 1-2 business days.
To ensure proper delivery within the expected time frames, please verify that your shipping address is entered accurately. Be sure to use correct abbreviations and spacing. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
SHIPPING FEES are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ARETE Threads, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued for your order.
ARETE Threads is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Additionally, any customs, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any duties or taxes charged during the delivery process.
